Allow posting of User Journal to a forum topic.

I like to write, and really use the user journals to "flesh out" my character's thoughts and observations when I play. I thought it would be cool if we could, from in-game, post or addendum the user journal to the forum in some section for other people to read and comment. I think it would be almost like reading fan fiction, it would be interesting to see how other fans "play" their character, and gives the user journal feature a more social aspect which would encourage more creative use....like a most hilarious journal entry contest or something.

    Maybe not in the game, but could be hacked aroung from a save game. After exporting it you can do what you want with it.
