    Well you can just change the string sure, no UI modding required, the only thing to keep in mind is whether the string is used for something else too. You can edit UI.menu too. There is only one occurence of that string. It is "SCROLL_BUTTON", you change can it to whatever you want, only replace double quotes (") to single ('). It will not get translated to other languages of course.
