Existing characters cant mount horses

We recently added horses to our PW and existing chars aren't able to mount horses. New characters can fine though. What could be the cause of this? Any way to correct it??

I tried editing an existing character with Leto to give riding skill points and all 3 mount feats, but still nothing.

    Thanks for the resource, still trying work through all this. We use a custom "reincarnation" system after reaching level 40. For some reason this system is the culprit.

    Adding horse feats through leto or the creature skins work for our "non reincarnate" characters, but doesn't work for reincarnate chars. Mount actions are present on them, but individual mount action has no affect... no idea what it could be atm lol
