[ABILITY SCORES] Scores Below 3 and NULL Scores

Sorry if this has been mentioned before.

I'm not sure this is possible, but many creatures in D&D 3e and 3.5e have ability scores below 3 or lack scores in certain abilities all together. Would it be possible to get this functionality?

This way Builders can make undead such as skeletons that actually lack CON and INT scores and have a CHA of 1 - as per the 3.5e Monster Manual.

    Being able to modify ability-scores with scripts, that doesnt include plug-ins would be good to have too, which should'nt be that hard given that the function allready exists from DM-client side?
