[Add Feature] Crash Reporter

It seems like a lot of users are crashing on launch, crashing during play, etc. If you cannot find resolutions for these issues quickly, I suggest patching in a crash reporter that goes to your devs when clients crash so you can keep track of common crash logs (that are submitted over the internet) It works wonders for a software that I support.
