Full Screen Mode

Hi everyone.

I am finally getting around to starting a playthrough of this (YAY) and I am having a bit of trouble with it already.

It launches in windowed mode (which is weird) and has no native option to select for Full Screen (which is IMO baffling) so I did Alt-Enter to change to Full Screen. Only problem is in Full Screen the game auto-sets to the lowest resolution possible and will now allow me to change the resolution at all.

I pick the highest resolution (as my monitor runs in that natively) and click apply and nothing happens.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
