After the Ally of Lingering Sighs expands the city, and opens the lower ward, it takes 8 hour to fast travel back to the Ally of Lingering Sighs from the lower ward. However, there is an ally that is instant travel from the Ally of Lingering Sighs, directly to the Lower Ward.

Seems like fast Travel from Lower Ward to Ally of Lingering Sighs should be 0 time, not 8 hours.
