Fallen as ranger after preludio and npc problems

Hi,
I started the preludio with my old bg1ee party (save): Bealoth, Edwin, Viconia, Imoen, Kagain and my pc (ranger), my reputation was 10 (14 in Ngee), and I ended the preludio without any rep change.
When next chapter started I was a fallen ranger, with still 10 reputation.
I believe the bug is due to loss/increase in reputation for adding/rejecting Viconia and Bealoth, but not sure about it. (Btw I should have 14 reputation and not becaming fallen in this case)
Also, sometimes when I meet again Edwin and Viconia (I've tried many times) they are my old companions (as I left them), other times they have different abilities, experience and equip.
