Playing without mods. (Because of Switch)

So bought bgee on switch now and started playing. Great as every playthrough but as it seems swich cannot have mods without hacking console so i am stuck with vanilla. Without most mods i can live but without npc mod i feel the game is missing much.thats shame . Anyone feels in simillar way?
