Camera Movement Question (Steam Version)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I am new to BG. So far, I have only played BG1EE, but I'm looking into this one as well. I'm trying to decide whether to buy this on Android, like I did with BG1EE, or if I should switch to the Steam version. The main question I have involves moving of the camera. You see, due to disabilities, I am at times forced to only use a mouse and no keyboard. What I like about BG1EE on Android is that, on the emulator for PC I use, I am able to click and drag to move the camera. This makes it significantly easier to play. Is this something that I can do on BG2EE Steam? Or am I stuck with the Android version?
