SCS Instant Spell Casts Problem

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hi there, i couldn't find solution so i write here. SCS gave option for instant long term spell like Stone Skin, Armor. It was fine, till i left Athkatla, my mages stoped casting them. I checked new game and there is no such problem. I bought also license but it didn't helped. what can i do more to fixt that?
