Multiplayer in Local with a WiFi router, from Windows 7 to Android Tablet

I did not find a way to understand how to do this. Main and many guides I read but I was not able. We got a Windows 7 PC and an Android tablet and wanted to start a local game through our wifi router. Can anyone help us? We wish to have a looooooong play through both BG and BGII. Thanks in advance.
