Toolset camera control buttons

Somewhere in updating to NWN EE, my toolset camera control buttons became set on super fast. in trying to rotate the area, or pitch the camera down the speed is too fast and the camera often overshoots the exact place I am trying to build. I've looked throughout the .ini files, and the settings.tml file but I do not see a toolset camera adjustment entry. Is it just I am not seeing how to edit these controls? if not, would it be possible to get the ability to adjust these functions? thanks in advance!
