Companion / Henchman-Portrait not shown after reload of saved game

Hello 
!
Since the latest update v79.8193.9 (and not before !!) of today I have the following problem -->
I am playing a singleplayer-module, namely the following
https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/module/lords-darkness-2-dark-age-arboril-v30
In this module you get an Elf-Female-Companion called Alanya.
Every time I play and then later reload, for example after my main character dies, the companion / henchman - portrait is not displayed and instead just a black area appears where usually the henchman - portrait is.
I can reload as much as i like, everytime the same.
Only when i quit the game completly and start the whole game anew the problem disappears. And after the first time reloading the same error occurs again.
It is not only the module i listet above, in this module the same error occurs as well !

In this module you get a Human-Female-Companion called Tessa Lockheart.
And I would in no way be surprised if I found out that this problem occurs with every module.
