Multiplayer Crash

Hey guys,

i have a problem:

I want to play through the entire Saga with a friend of mine.
Both of us have: Windows 10, No Mods, Steam Game Version 2.5.17.0

We are able to create Characters in the Lobby but as soon as we try to enter the Game World and the Candlekeep Intro should play the Game crashes. If my friend closes his game though all of a sudden the Candlekeep Intro plays and i am able to enter the Game World.

As far as i know Steam does not create a Crash file.

Any ideas how to fix this?
I would really appreciate help :)
