BG2EE quest problems

I am having a couple of quest problems. First, Save Mazzy's Sister NEVER triggered. Second, the Ranger Stronghold quest to defeat toe Ogrons never show up. Delon appears and either gives his inttroduction speech, or wonders why I haven't gone to Immsvale yet. When I get there, I'm kicked out of my Ranger Stronghold. When I played this a couple of years ago, I never had these problems.
