Jan Jansen Summoned Home quest bug

After completing all the line and healing the girl, i went downstairs. Jan joined, but Lissa keeps shouting "Don't fret, Jan! Vaelag wants me back!" (again and again). She never leaves, quest is uncomplete (in journal) and also i haven't got the achievement. Steam, no mods.
UPD Fixed by removing Jan from party in front of Lissa
