How do I unzip and instal ModMerge successfully?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I keep unzipping it into a folder I made in program 86x folder and I don't see a setup to run it can someone help?

    I don't need to use it myself as my game was bought direct from Beamdog, but there's some instructions here - I hope they will be of use.
