How to record ChatLog?

Hi!
With v1.69 i could save the chat log by modifying the ".ini" file, now I tried to do the same in the EE version, either with the new "settings.tml" or the old ".ini" can't find any way to record all the chat from my server. Is there a way to record talk conversation, gained experience...?
