How to record ChatLog?

Hi!
With v1.69 i could save the chat log by modifying the ".ini" file, now I tried to do the same in the EE version with the new "settings.tml" and the old ".ini" but i can't find any way to record all the chat from my server. Is there a way to record talk conversation, gained experience...?
