NPC randomly going in/out of shadows

This might not be the right place for this, but I'm in Beregost and all of the sudden random NPCs--and by random I mean non-rogues like Khalid--keep going in and out of shadows without my prompting. I just set up scripts, so maybe its an error there. If this isn't the right spot for bug reports, please feel free to move it.
