Problem on "Coalition camp under attack"

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Hi all,
this is my first post...hope to do it well.

I have a little problem after the Deadman's Pass discussion between Coalition chiefs-Caelar...she said to be prepared for war, they say to go back to the Coalition camp to prepare for war and me...I went back but the camp is not under attack (as I read in many guides it should be).

Where im wrong ? You need more info to help me ? Can I do anything with EEKeeper and wich string i have to use ?

    I think you have to talk to an NPC to trigger it. Either someone should have given you instructions, or the journal should point you in the right direction.

    The journal simply say to return to the camp...there i have talked to every named npc..but no one of the coalition officers are there...sounds like the map simply wont change and remain as before...
