Bug in BG:EE?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hi,

On the Mac, if you use Command+Quit it brings up a dialog saying with a Quit and a Cancel button, but clicking on Cancel does nothing. The only way out of it is to Quit the Game! If you don't have an up to date save file, then you're screwed!
