Premium Soundtracks Question

Greetings everyone. I have a bit of newbish question that I can't seem to find an answer for. If I purchase the premium soundtracks -- Darkness over Daggerford, Tyrants, etc -- should those not be available for me to access via the toolset? Or at least add them to my ambientmusic.2da and then make them available?
