Toolset Issues

Hello!
I've been experiencing two issues while working within the toolset that seem to have been occurring since updating to version 8193.9.
1. Tileset lighting does not update when changed without exiting and re-opening the area.
2. Intermittently, copying and pasting objects (either by Ctrl 'C'/Ctrl 'V' or Edit menu) results in the following error:
Selecting 'Ok' results in the underlying progress status bar to remain preventing any other actions within the tileset. I have to completely exit out of the toolset via Task Manager or closing it out via the task bar.
My system is running Windows 10 Home version 10.0.18362 Build 18362
Nvidia GeForce GTX950M with Nvidia GeForce Driver v445.87
NwN EE Version 8193.9
