Installation problem: Where is vc_runtimeMinimum_x86 ?

Hello,

I am on Windows 8.1.

I have a problem with NWN EE game installation via Steam:

1 - When i install the game, a Microsoft VC Redist Package seems to search something
2 - Then a Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 x86 Minimum Runtime window opens and tell me that "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" and ask me to enter a alternate path to a folder containing the installation package vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi.
3 - If i push Browse button, the only choice i have is the name folder vc_runtimeMinimum_x86 and the extension "installation package (*.msi)"

I tried to search this package in the Steamworks Shared folder (Steam>Steamapps>Common>Steamworks Shared>_CommonRedist>vcredist>2019), but it doesn't appears:

I thought that something wrong in steam, so i reinstall completely Steam but the problem is the same. I can install and play with other games (starbound) but it's impossible with NWN EE for the moment.

I really don't know what do now and i need help.
