Fix for the secret doors problem

@Surazal has previously reported a problem with some secret doors in older modules which was introduced with EE 1.80.

I've created a fix until Beamdog finds a better solution.

As far as I can see, changes to pathfinding and/or tile walkmesh now sometimes make it impossible to use placeables which are close to a wall. The symptom is that on click the PC move to the placeable, but nothing happens - the action pending icon remains active until the action is cancelled.

The fix only works for secret doors using the standard Bioware system, not for placeables in general.
