Quick and dirty mini-mod, improving blade's combat capabilities.

Defensive spin does no longer root the character to the spot.
Bonus attack from the offensive spin stacks up with haste and improved haste effects.
Movement rate bonus is decreased from 200% to 150%.

The components must be manually copied to the override folder.
Bard class descriptions in the game remain unchanged.
