IOS-Bought Bundle, BG1EE doesn't download, only regular BG1

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I had some trouble downloading the other apps in the bundle, i paused them and they returned as unpirchased items but that sorted itself out. BG1 wont download as EE, it's the original. The others all downloaded fine.
