Mouse wheel scrolling in minimized window

Just a very small issue: I can't use the mouse wheel to scroll in the text window (the one where dialogue and other stuff show up) when it is minimized, only when it is enlarged. Would be nice if that could be fixed. (Or is this just me who can't do that?). I didn't post it in the bug section, because it might not be a bug, just something you didn't think was nessecary. It would be pretty practical IMO.
