Attacks Per Round set to 1 in BG2EE with SCS installed.

Hi, I wanted to install SCS for BG2EE and I did but now characters have their attack per round set to 1. I played BGEE with SCS and I did not encounter this problem. I would greatly appreciate some advice on how to solve this.
