NWN:EE coop mode PS4

Hello.

First of all, sorry if the answer to my question is already answered in a different post but, if it is, I couldn't find it.

My question is: if both, a friend and I buy the game for PS4 and we want to play the story mode just the 2 of us, do we have to pay de psplus subscription?
