My BG2EE mods install order list

Not seeing much install order posts...and is the most confusing thing for most modders. With many mods It isn't as simple as "quest mods, items, npcs etc..."
This current order is working great. (1) and (2) included for multiple installs necessary of the same mod (check the big world project pdf for the components). I think most of the iconic mods are included.
One mod I really hope gets updated for EE is the old Throne of bhall revisited mod...
Another mod I would love to see working is Iegi's spell system adjustments mod. This lets you setup a timer system for your spells. Reducing resting time. So you can setup lev 1 spells to automatically re-memorize in say 3 minutes (or 30 seconds...) and lev 6 spells to 3hours+ (so still need to rest for those).
