Problem / bug when a character creation.

Hi all!
BG EE. I have installed mods for additional kits(Song and silens, Divine remix). When creating a character, not all kits are available, only some of them, i don't have an up-and-down arrow. For example, the priest has 6 basic kits and 10 additional kits, but only 11 are available. The kits requirements are met.

It's the same with other classes and kits.
How can I fix this?

In IWD EE, I have the same problem.
