How do I enable party invitation pop-up?

I accidentally disabled party invitation menu pop-up.
How do I re-enable it?

    press ctrl+shft+f12
    Go to config
    scroll all the way down to the bottom, the 2nd to last entry should say "disable party popup", uncheck this option
    Scroll back to the top and press Commit
    press ctrl+shft+f12 to turn off the debug menu and you should be good
