Adding an Item With Near Infinity

Hello, I am running out of item slots in the game and I need a scroll case to store the spell pages. I want to add a scroll case to my inventory with Near Infinity but I know nothing about the program and I have no idea how to use it. I've got it working on my computer but it's confusing. Can someone explain how to do this please? I have tried EEkeeper but it doesn't work.
