Cant get toolset to open

in Troubleshooting
Hello I am just updatd by Reinstalling gog, and I can no longer open the toolset, I may have updated my grafics card efore the last time I opend the toolset as well.

I am getting this error
"The Application was unable to start correctly (0c00007b) click ok to close application"

here is my systems info if that helps
