in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
1. Can u carry all custom made characters to BG2 from BG1EE? Or just main protagonist?
2. How does the guest use pause button in-game? Only host can pause?

    You can import more than one character from BGEE to BG2EE by using the "Create Party" button and then hitting "Import" for that additional character. You'll have to select what you're importing from again, and there's no requirement to take them from the same save as the first character.

    In the character arbitration screen the host can give individual players permissions to do various things - one of which I think is use pause.
