Toolset-Areas to large. Can I reduce make smaller?

I've just started designing a module with the toolset.
I'm currently using the mine tiles set.
I find that the the rooms are way to big.
I choose "floor" and get a 2x2 square of empty space.
Is there any way to reduce it to get a 1x1 space?
Each square is 10m by 10m if I recall. Is that right?

    No, the default Mines don't have any 1x1 rooms. The smallest you could get is a 1x2 area using the Corridor terrain.
