Neera's quest bugged (spoilers)

After I find Adoy and kill the wizards of Thay he gives me a "magical" girdle and "conjures treasure" teleporting away. At this point Neera gives me a conversation I have already had (first kiss) and that's it. The quest is still in my log unchanged and nothing else happens. I am guessing there is supposed to be something else there. Also, sometimes the door buggs and will not re-open leaving you trapped. I re-did the quest multiple times with the same result.
