Can this sound set mod be installed AFTER a game has been started?

I found this mod: https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/38319/mods-awesome-soundsets-mods-master-thread-custom-soundsets-for-bgee-bg2ee-and-iwdee/p1 and thought one of the sets (female sorcerer) would fit my current PC better than the default FEMALE1 set.

Can this mod be applied to an install without restarting the game?

    If its just sound sets, yeah, I'm pretty sure you can.
