Toolset transition trigger set up bug

Since the last update I have noticed a issue while setting up transition triggers from one area to another. After drawing both triggers and unique tagging each one, clicking the set up area transition and selecting the target trigger, if there are more than one area tab open, the target trigger way point is not created. Only the open area trigger one is.
