Is Belt’s Ducal Palace Tutorial still available in BG2EE?

I don’t currently have BG2EE on PC owing to storage issues, so apologies in advance if this is wrong...
In Original BG2 there was a standalone tutorial involving Belt at the City Ducal Palace, which was moved to BGEE when it came out. This is a good thing, because it’s a very good tutorial, and gets you familiar with Imoen, who will probably appear in a lot of BG1 parties, at least early on.
The thing is, it should ALSO be available to users of BG2EE (as was originally intended), especially for newcomers for whom it would/might be their first IE game. Without it, Irenicus’ dungeon would be a lot more challenging, and it could put them off.
Please can someone confirm this Tutorial is available in BOTH BGEE and BG2EE?
If not I’ll raise it as a Support Desk issue. Thanks!

bg2ee does not have the tutorial neither does ToB
