What's the maximum ranks a human paladin is able to rank up a class skill and a cross-class skill, respectively, when leveling up?

    This is the rule for all classes.
    Your maximum rank in a class skill is your character level + 3.
    Your maximum rank in a cross-class skill is one-half of this number
