Multiplayer errors on Mobile

Hello, I need some help with an issue I'm having. Several friends and I are trying to play multiplayer, but whenever we attempt to join the game we get the following error:


Attempting to find server
Direct Connect and UDP Hole Punch failed. Requesting relay token.
Relay Access was denied
Relay said: server is not registered with any relay.
Connection to server has failed.


We've tried to make this work for several days now but cannot get it to work. We've tried it on wifi signal, cellular signal, tried adding a password and fiddling with various settings but nothing works and I'm not sure what else to do but ask for help. So...help, please?
