Black Pits: Dormamus room save for the Dancers?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I'd read that his room is meant to hold a vase, or a bottle, or something like it- but having gotten in, there are only the 4 dancers and nothing more. What am I missing here?

    It's one of those objects you can interact with, rather than an item to pick up or a container to open; your cursor should change if you mouse over the appropriate spot in the room.
