Hype!

A new adventure book taking place in the Spine of the World is being released this September 2020. I am definitely buying it and running it with my PnP group of friends!

The only gripe I have for the announcement video on YouTube is that...
Announcing Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden - D&D Live 2020

They pronounced Auril as "aw-REEL" instead of "AW-rill"!! Even the writer and the designer are making the mistake. I'll bet they haven't played this gem of a game and missed out the beautiful voice acting that should be considered canon in Forgotten Realms lore.

Regardless, I am looking forward to the campaign, this will be a nice addition to my collection of Icewind Dale Anthology.

    It gives maps for each of the ten towns. So you get a chance to see what a place like Lonelywood, Easthaven, or Targos look like 200 years later.

    (don't expect any consistency with the games when it comes to how they portray these towns)
