Where is rust monster in toolset?

Hi everyone!

was wanting to add a rust monster to my module, but it seems to be strangely missing from the creature menu. How would I find/ place it?
thanks in advance for any help/ advice

    Rust Monster is not a standard creature; 'tis community made content. You'll find it in the CEP if you choose to add it to your module. Should be under Aberrations.
