Dedicated Server Set Up Question - Final Steps (Answered)

Hello, everyone!

Long time builder and admin of NWN servers here.
However, I've never actually gone through the process of setting the server up from scratch.
I'm building a module, very familiar with the file systems and everything.

The final steps are what I can't find any information on.
Hopefully, folks can help and we can get these questions available to other users.

I'm looking for the most pain-free option for hosting. It looks like a VPS is ideal.
Once I have the VPS set up... what next?
I have the server file package that's stickied to this forum. Is that all I need to drop in and run?
How do I get the server to find my modules?
Do I need to set up that folder system myself?
Do I need to install Neverwinter Nights on the VPS?

Thanks ahead for any answers!

EDIT: Would it just be cheaper to buy a Windows server and host it at home? Not sure what kind of internet speeds are required for a 10 to 20 person PW.

EDIT 2: Some folks on the Steam forums helped out. It looks like a VM/VPS with Windows Server will be the easiest option for us.
