What if, at character creation:

Female humans got -1 strength (or warrior strength decreased by one grade if 18/xx strength - e.g., 18/00 becomes 18/91. And they also get a +1 bonus to all their saves. Because women live longer so they're more enduring.

This could add an interesting difference. I reckon some people would play female fighters because they value the saves more.

    And in addition bonus to Charisma so you get better prices :D
